Refunds & Cancellations Policy

Overview

Refunds will be processed only for genuine cases. Please notify GiftBaskets immediately in case wrong or defective goods are delivered. If the customer wants to raise a complaint against the quality of product delivered, the customer/recipient is required to provide the image of product delivered within 48 hours of delivery. Based on the nature of complaint Refund and Redelivery shall be processed. Any decision in this regard will be the sole prerogative of the website.

For a better response, request you to contact us. The representative of a company will reply you back and may request more details about the product or any defects therein.

GiftBaskets requires your full cooperation and support to resolve the issues. Only the amount for the wrong or defective goods in genuine circumstances will be reimbursed. In case an incorrect product is delivered by our business, it will be either replaced with the correct one or we will reimburse price differential.

The refunds are not guaranteed by GiftBaskets in the following circumstances:

  • Deliveries of fresh product, flowers, fresh fruits, handmade sweets, gifts, and preserved things sent at the incorrect address provided in order details.
  • Deliveries unsuccessful due to receiver not present at the time of delivery and incorrect / incomplete address given by the sender or the refusal to accept the delivery.
  • Any issues arising with product caused by the mishandling of the goods.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Our policy is as follows:

  • Cancellation and Refund: Should you wish to cancel an order, we require notification at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. In such cases, a full refund will be granted without hesitation.
  • Partial credit : In the event that we are unable to fulfill all or part of your order, we will promptly inform you and proceed to refund the amount corresponding to the undelivered portion, whether it be the original product or any substitute item.
  • Reimbursement Procedure : Following confirmation from either the client or intended recipient via mail or phone, our establishment will initiate the online refund process. We kindly ask for your patience, as it may take between 10 to 15 business days for the refund to be processed accordingly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, ou should mail the product to us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
